Returns & Refunds Policy

At ΛLYN ACTIVEWEAR, we want you to feel confident in what you wear.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order once your return (if approved) is processed. 

If your return is approved, we kindly ask that items are sent back in their original condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed and returned with tags attached where possible.

Where available, original packaging should be used to help keep items protected in transit.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
